Joseph Kony is one of the worlds worst war criminals. He is the leader of an organisation who call themselves the Lord’s Resistance Army (LRA). He abducts young children in Central Africa and forces them into becoming child soldiers. He has forced young girls into sex slavery and slaughters their parents in front of them, he even makes them shoot their own parents should they resist.
He only remains at large because he is invisible to the world, very few people know his name and even fewer know of his crimes.
The goal of the KONY 2012 movement is to make Joseph Kony and the LRA famous, only then can the world unite against him and demand his arrest.
